Upon initial inquiry, your prospective 2027 wedding date can be placed on a complimentary 10-day courtesy hold while we coordinate an introductory planning consultation.
Direct Consultation
We review your venue lighting, ceremony schedule, documentary style preferences, and deliverables. All communication is directly with William to establish scope before any agreement is signed.
Retainer & Confirmation
Your date is officially secured upon execution of our standard wedding services agreement and a 25% retainer. The remaining balance is split and due 30 days prior to the wedding date.

A 25% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement reserve your date. The remaining 75% balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding day. Flexible interim payment schedules are available upon request.

Yes. If your date needs to change and your new date is open on our 2027 calendar, 100% of your retainer transfers seamlessly with zero penalty.
What are the delivery terms and licensing rights?
